01 — WHY IT MATTERS
Every college knows the gap. Almost none can measure it.
Students clear the technical rounds and lose the offer in the interview. Faculty know which students need help, but not by how much, or whether anything is improving.
Practice doesn't scale
One trainer cannot listen to four hundred students speak, week after week, and give each of them specific feedback.
Progress isn't visible
Without a score on every attempt, "improving communication" stays a feeling rather than a number anyone can report.
Practice is unrealistic
